Yarrahapinni Wind
Energy Association is a non profit community organisation committed to the
promotion of the use of wind energy on the coast of NSW.
Objectives of our association:
To promote wind
energy on the coast of NSW, Australia by:

Providing information to the public about
the advantages of using wind as a clean, natural energy source.

Provide information to members and
the general public about the installation and operation of wind turbines.

To research and provide
information about financial incentives to people and groups intending to use
wind energy (particularly small turbines) for power generation.

Lobby governments at all levels to
encourage financial assistance for the wind industry, specifically grants for
turbines and feedback tariffs for wind generated electricity.
